After 8 years of painstaking research, the project team has overcome 18 key technologies, achieved 9 innovative achievements, developed a large high precision grating system, and successfully developed area of 400 mm x 500 mm is the world’s largest echelle, several generations of our “grating” has finally come true.
The results fill the gaps, also marks the related technology in China with large area and high precision grating in manufacturing has reached the international level. Acceptance evaluation experts on the project achievements fully affirmed that “the grating system and the grating has reached the technical indicators” project implementation plan, agreed to the project passed the acceptance.
